Individual Progression.

Your character advances through expansions and content tiers on their own timeline. Instead of the whole realm being locked to one global phase, your character’s progress helps determine what content, NPCs, objects, rewards, and tier-era experiences are available.

Less “rush to endgame,” more “earn your way forward while your AI adventuring coworkers loudly speculate about wolves, ruins, and why everything underground has too many legs.”
